By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Pricing and availability

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered or due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling are inclusive of VAT. Any delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Customs and Duties

You (the customer) is liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Derazia Ltd will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

Colour, Shade and Size

Derazia Ltd reserves the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown. Any stones or freshwater pearls may vary in size and shape between each item or product.

Gift Cards

We do not offer Gift cards for purchase as of yet, however, Gift cards may still be issued as store credit by us.

Payment

Payment will be processed and taken when the order is placed and payment is processed. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. In the event that we ultimately reject your order, a refund will be made to your payment card.

If you change your mind

We hope your purchase makes you happy, however in the unlikely circumstance that it doesn't and you change your mind after placing an order before we have sent you an email confirming dispatch, please contact us (see returns policy on our website) with your name, address and order number and we will do our best to assist. Please note that if you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. This may affect your delivery charge payment for example if your order total will drop below £25 you will no longer qualify for free standard delivery.

Competitions

Any competitions are open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only unless stated so.
