Return Policy
You can download and print a returns form here. Simply fill it in and pop it in your return and send back to us using the address label on your invoice.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 14th.] Returns delivered after 14 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Full price items purchased using a discount code may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to accept the return of earrings and other products for pierced ears, unless they are faulty.
We do not accept returns on items that are on sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
